Ratio Therapeutics has developed two platforms for radiotherapeutic drug design – one that enables fine-tuning of half-life and one that allows for more stable attachment of the radioisotope.  These platforms are leveraged for a lead program against FAP, a pan-tumor target historically limited by issues of drug exposure in tumor that the Ratio approach is tailored to address.
