Olga Maltseva is a Partner and Head of Operations at Catalio Capital Management, LP. She is primarily responsible for all non-investment areas of the firm, including operations, legal, compliance, real estate, communications, and information technology. She also serves on the firmwide Management Committee.
Prior to joining Catalio, Olga led operations and early commercialization in venture-backed digital health startups. She was Chief Operating Officer of Healytics, a genetic data software company co-developed with Johns Hopkins Medicine, and VP of Revenue Operations at Protenus, a health data analytics startup backed by Kaiser Permanente Ventures, F-Prime Capital and Leerink Transformation Partners. Prior to her work in health technology startups, Olga was Head of Communications for Camden Partners, a private equity firm, and worked in government and politics, including as a Press Secretary in the U.S. Senate during the passing of Dodd-Frank.
Olga earned her B.A. degree from Goucher College and her M.B.A. degree from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
